I have a Savage and a Vulcan 750...I'm 6' 225lbs and the Savage is a bit snug. I'm not one to modify my bikes. New bars or a different seat may help but I find that initial too small feeling quickly goes away when I ride it. It's an easy, lazy bike to ride. Great for just putzing around. I doubt I've ever had mine over 45 mph and that's just fine by me. As past owner of Kawasaki triples and still a dirtbike rider who finds mudpuddles and does wheelies at 46...I like the Savage.
